SPECIAL ABILITIES

Okay so I know that in an idealistic world, everyone is special. But in the real world, majority of people have to work to make themselves special. Unfortunately, we aren't all born with the ability to see the future or control the weather or shoot jellybeans out of our fingers (though that would be cool). And for real--only Harry and Voldemort have been known to pass through Hogwarts Halls with the ability to talk to snakes, besides Salazar himself.

There are some powers we're not even going to allow certain age groups to have; for example (besides the marauders), you must be an adult to have an animagus form and it must be registered.

If you want one of these abilities you need to have a GREAT plotline, a SUPERB reason, and some PRETTY DARN INCREDIBLE groveling skills to get us to agree. Win us over only if you absolutely must. But before you do, we challenge you to come up with a kick butt character that doesn't need special abilities to make them incredible.I'm willing to bet you--the writer-- are a pretty amazing person, and you don't need to be able to tye dye underwear with your mind to be that way, am I correct?

"Veela" slavic versions of nymphs
Restrictions:must have requirements of a veela (the blonde hair, the blue eyes, you know what I'm talking about), three per site

Werewolf:
"Were" old english translated as man
Restrictions:You are not born with this. The only way to attain such a curse is to be bitten by a werewolf on a full moon. They are extremely rare and will be restricted to people outside of Hogwarts excluding Remus Lupin, three per site
