Gryffindor Tower

Located on the seventh floor of the school, the Gryffindor Tower can be found behind a portrait of Hogwart's famous Fat Lady. Although she may not always be in the right condition for password taking (especially around the holidays), giving her the password will open you up a circular entrance that leads into a cozy circular room filled with scarlet tapestries depicting both wizardkind and animal kind and plenty of squashy armchairs. Of the four common rooms, Gryffindor is the one where most parties are held, particularly after winning yet another Quidditch match.
