Dear Prospective Student,
My name is Elizabeth Harper, Headmistress and founder of Harper Institue for the Gifted. When my late father, Charles Harper II, passed, he left me the family castle, which I decided to turn into a school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. After all, the United States does have a shortage of Prestigious Magical Institutions, and those that are noteworthy are located on the older side of the country, The East Coast. I decided to create a school just as Prestigious that offered a magical education to those students of the West. Though Harper Institute is Open to children from all over the globe.
After Four years of delicate preparation The School is finally ready for students. Our staff are some of the most educated in the world, and we offer a safe and nuturing enviroment for the student to learn and grow as an indiviual. You have shown great magical ability and promise and, we would be honored if you would join us this fall as we begin our first term.
